Terms of Service

RankPhoenix is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built for SEO professionals and digital marketing agencies. It provides data analysis tools — including the GBP Rescue Audit, Topic Clusters, AI Articles, On-Page Optimizer, and Mega Audit — that help you diagnose issues and identify opportunities in Google Business Profiles and websites.

RankPhoenix is operated by Rank Advantage Phoenix LLC, a company registered in the United States.

You are responsible for your account. That means:

• You own your account and are solely responsible for everything done under it.
• You must keep your password secure. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@rankphoenix.io.
• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter this agreement.
• You may not use RankPhoenix on behalf of another person or business without the authority to do so.

RankPhoenix operates on a credit-based billing model. You purchase credits, not time. All sales are final — credits are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they have been used.

• Cancellations: Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining credits until the period ends. At the end of the billing period, your credits will reset to zero and your account will downgrade to the free plan. Unused credits are not carried over between billing periods under any circumstances.
• Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain your current plan and credits until then.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, you will have a 3-day grace period during which you can update your payment method. During this grace period your account remains active but audit functionality is suspended. If payment is not resolved within 3 days, your account will be suspended.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Credits are the currency of RankPhoenix. Each tool run costs a set number of credits. Credits are deducted only when a tool run completes successfully. Credits purchased as part of a subscription plan are allocated at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of that period — they do not roll over. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.

RankPhoenix provides data, analysis, and recommendations. It does not guarantee any specific ranking outcome, traffic increase, or business result.

Actual search rankings are determined by Google and depend on hundreds of factors outside our control — including algorithm changes, competitor actions, the quality of your implementation, and many others. We make no warranty, express or implied, that following our recommendations will improve your rankings.

You are responsible for your own due diligence. Before acting on any audit result or recommendation, you should verify the information independently and apply your own professional judgment. RankPhoenix is a tool to assist you — not a substitute for expertise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Advantage Phoenix LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Drop in search rankings or website traffic.
• Decisions made based on audit results or recommendations from RankPhoenix.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree not to abuse the platform. Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to):

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Using RankPhoenix to analyse businesses you do not have authorization to audit.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or free-trial restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials with people outside your organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe is abusing the platform, violating these terms, or engaging in fraudulent activity — with or without prior notice.

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you by email at the address on your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of RankPhoenix after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you should cancel your subscription before the effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of California.
